At this time, shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. All Independence Beds are delivered via freight (LTL) or White Glove delivery to ensure safe handling and proper setup.

Delivery Options

Standard LTL Delivery (Curbside / Driveway)

Your Independence Bed will be delivered via freight carrier to your curb or driveway, typically within two (2) weeks of placing your order. Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

• Delivery is not inside your home
• Does not include unpacking, assembly, or setup
• Customer is responsible for moving the bed inside and completing setup
• Adult assistance is recommended due to the size and weight of the shipment

This option is ideal if you have help available and prefer to complete setup on your own.

White Glove Delivery & Setup

For the most seamless experience, we offer White Glove Delivery, provided through our trusted delivery partner.

This service includes:

• Delivery to a room of choice on the first floor
• Professional assembly of your Independence Bed
• Removal of all packaging materials
• Ensuring the bed is fully set up and ready for use before departure

White Glove delivery and setup are typically completed within two (2) weeks, though timing may vary based on scheduling availability and location.

Important White Glove Delivery Details

Site Preparation

For safety and liability reasons:

• Customers must ensure that all pathways and the setup room are completely cleared prior to delivery
• Technicians cannot move or rearrange existing furniture or personal belongings
  

Failure to prepare the space may result in delays or additional fees.

Stairs & Access

• White Glove service includes delivery to a first-floor room of choice
• Deliveries involving more than one flight of stairs (without elevator access) may incur additional handling fees, which will be communicated prior to delivery

Please notify us in advance if your home has stairs, tight hallways, or other access considerations.

Old Bed or Mattress Removal

• Removal of an existing bed, mattress, or frame is not included in our standard White Glove service
• In some cases, the delivery team may be able to offer haul-away services for an additional fee, subject to availability

Scheduling & Appointments

Once your order ships:

• Our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment
• The customer is responsible for responding to scheduling outreach
• An adult 18 years or older must be present for the full delivery and setup window

Missed or refused appointments may result in rescheduling fees.

Delivery Rates & Regional Pricing

Delivery rates are calculated based on location and service level. Please note:

• Higher delivery rates may apply for high-cost regions, including New York City and many areas of California
• All delivery pricing will be clearly displayed at checkout

Damages & Freight Inspection

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice visible damage:

• Note it on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photos of the packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
