RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At theindependencebed.com, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

1. Non-Returnable Items

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you have any questions about the Independence Bed before ordering, our team is happy to help you find the right fit.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the Independence Bed is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once the packaging has been opened or unsealed. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.

2. Limited Return & Refund Eligibility

We may allow — in approved cases only — a return or refund within 30 days of purchase for eligible products. To qualify:

  • The product must be new, unopened, sealed, and in the original box.
  • You must obtain a Return Authorization before sending the item back.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your payment. Please contact us to arrange return shipping to our warehouse.
  • A $150.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued only after the product has been received in perfect condition and inspected.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, theindependencebed.com will work to have the item repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
